To find out consumer opinions on new products or services, Advantage Research often does focus group research, where a trained moderator facilitates a small group discussion. While our groups typically focus on issues in the financial, healthcare, and insurance industries, our rapport with participants and ability to gather useful information has brought us clients in numerous other industries, as well. You don't need any special expertise to be in one of our groups–we just want your honest opinion about products or services. We hold focus groups to understand your opinions; we will never ask you to buy anything.
